By accessing or using the services provided by Vyx Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our technical infrastructure and maintenance services.
2. Service License
Our services include providing technical support licenses, server hardening, and performance optimization audits. These licenses are granted for the specified duration chosen at the time of purchase (1 Month, 1 Year, etc.).
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information for service activation. You agree not to use our technical support for any illegal activities or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely. Your service will be activated immediately upon successful transaction. We reserve the right to modify our service prices, but changes will not affect already active licenses until their renewal.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vyx Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our technical services, beyond the total amount paid for the service license.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be handled through our official support channels first.
